Please note that due to the perishable nature of mangoes and for reasons of food safety and hygiene, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for mangoes once they have been delivered and accepted by the customer.

We take utmost care in selecting and packaging the mangoes to ensure they reach you in the best possible condition. However, if you believe that the mangoes you received are not of satisfactory quality or if there is an issue with your order, please contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery, and we will investigate the matter and provide appropriate assistance.

We may require supporting evidence, such as photographs, to assess the issue. Based on the circumstances, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit. Refunds will only be provided in exceptional cases and at the sole discretion of MangOO.
